My best friend might eventually be killed by her husband...Please ADVICE!!?

My best friend's boyfriend is very abusive to her, he has done so many things to her that she is left with a disfigurement. Well one day her boyfriend broke her eye socket, her arm and and crushed her wind pipe because he was stranggling her. He saw her lying down on the floor struggling to breathe and bleeding from the head he freaked out and called 911 for her and she woke up in the hosptial three days later. He went to prison for 6 years and served only 3. She has a restriaing order on him but it is just a piece of paper you know? We both went to the police station together to tell the cops that we were in fear for her life and they suggest an order of protection which we have. My question is what does she do to keep her life. My friend tells me he calls her at night, threatens to finish what he started. How does she protect her life if the law wont? It's like the damn cops are waiting to find her body before they do something. What does she do? She thinks he is following her. She is afraid to sleep. She tells me she feels like she is going to die soon like death is on her sholders. It is scaring the hell out of me. change your phone number, email, etc

buy a gun take lessions and get a conceled weapons permit the law wont b there when she needs it they are hardly there when anyone needs them u need to learn how to take care of urselves it seems harsh but its the truth
move cities only tell trusted friends and family where she is going
See if you can find a pone number for a safe house in your area.
She needs to do these things after taping a few phone calls and going to the judge and playing them for him/her:


1.CHANGE her number and make it unlisted


2.Move


3.Get a gun and a concealed weapons permit and learn to shoot straight


4.If he shows up ,put a few 44 slugs between his eyes.That stops the abuse PERMANENTLY!
