Have both of you tested for fertility - then you will know who has to make the change to their diet/health, etc. It is possible that you're not trying at the right times - talk to your doctor for advice. My husband and I have been to conceive a baby for the last year nothing any advice?

Coupla beers, coupla shots. Go out and have fun. Make it a date first.
I had so many green beers on St Patty's - I had to ask if my kids would be green too...

Go see a fertillity doctor. I tried for 8 years and am pregnant now, no one knew why, turns out my body wasn't producing enough hormones for the baby to implant itself. If I wasnt on hormone pills this time, I would have never known.
use ovulation kits i used it and i got pregnant on the 2nd month i used them but good luck
To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.
try using a Clearblue Easy Fertility monitor and taking Fertilaid...they have helped me
First go to your doctor and make sure both of you are healthy and if you are see what he suggests. Then try this site tryingtoconceive.com God blees!

Get your OB/GYN to prescribe Clomid. It worked for us after trying for 2 yrs, it took taking Clomid for only 1 month!
Katie B, I am not pregnant yet but am having a hard time. My husband (30) and I (26) have been trying for 10 months. I went off the pill 9/17/05 and like most people thought it would happen immediately. That was not the case. I saw my gyno for a preconception visit 1/20/06 (which everyone needs to do - according to What to Expect When Your Expecting - I've read it cover to cover). My Dr. mainly told me not to stress because it can delay ovulation. She told me because of our ages we would not be able to see an infertility specialist until we had been actively trying for at least a year. Since my husband had an accident in the military we went to our primary care physician for a semen analysis. We found out it was low - real low (12 million). We were able to see a urologist (try to find one who specializes in male infertility). The second semen analysis improved (24 million) but his urologist thinks for his age, health, etc. it should be 80 million. My husband has recently under went a procedure to correct a vericocel. We will not be able to see if it worked until 8/21/06. There is only a 40% chance it did. Good luck to you and your hubby, Jenni
If you've been trying when you think you are ovulating you might want to see a dr. If you're just 'having fun' and not worrying about timing get an ovulation kit and time it for a few months, if still nothing then talk to a dr.
