We need advice-Husband lost job?

We need any and all advice-yesterday my Husband lost his job.He was a Branch Mngr for electrical products for the past 3 years,and he was overqualified and very good at what he was doing.He got along great with everyone and everyone liked him.His sales were just ok due to the economy.last year he got a new boss,a few months ago his boss sent his friend of 10 years-extremly underqualified to work at my Husbands branch.As usual my Husband had to do all of the work and fix this guys mistakes and deal with his laziness and this guy has a very bad temper and would snap at customers and threaten them.My Husband boss fired my Husband yesterday and said it had nothing to do with his friend-we know that it did.What do we do to make this right.My Husband did what was good for the Branch-you cant snap at and threaten customers.My Husband packed up his things and left-1/2 hour later this guy was back at the branch working and the new Branch mngr there now has a lot less experience than my Husband.My Husband and I became friends with alot of the customers the new Mngr and customers are already complaining about this guy-people are complaining about the new Mngr.
